Printer’s Role: Cornchilla LLC operates strictly as a printing service provider. We do not review, edit, or vet customer-provided artwork for copyright or trademark compliance. Printing a design does not constitute an endorsement or a claim of legality by Cornchilla Prints.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cornchilla LLC from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or legal costs (including attorney’s fees) arising from allegations of copyright or trademark infringement related to the files you provided.

Design Finality: All designs submitted via Kixxl or direct upload are considered "Press-Ready." You are responsible for ensuring correct dimensions, resolution, and color profiles. Once an order is submitted, it is final; Cornchilla Prints will not be held liable for errors in the customer’s original design or layout.
