This website is operated by Cornchilla LLC, doing business as Cornchilla Prints. By using our services, you agree to the following:

 

Intellectual Property: By uploading any artwork or designs, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to that content or have explicit permission to use it. Cornchilla LLC is a "print-on-demand" service and assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringement contained in customer-provided files.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cornchilla LLC from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Order Finality: Due to the automated nature of our workflow, orders are considered "Final" once submitted. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order enters the print queue.

Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in the State of California. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cornchilla LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

Right to Refuse Service: Cornchilla LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reject any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders containing artwork that we reasonably believe infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights. Customers will be notified and refunded in full if an order is cancelled for this reason.
