Refund policy
All sales are final. Because our products are custom-printed based on your specific designs and gang sheet uploads, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been printed.
Design Responsibility: Cornchilla Prints is not responsible for low-resolution images, spelling errors, or design flaws in the files you upload. Please double-check your work in the design tool before submitting.
Exceptions: If your order arrives physically damaged or there is a clear mechanical defect in the print that differs from your uploaded file, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and, if approved, provide a reprint at no additional cost.
